Shipping Policy

Most items are in stock and will be shipped within three business days.* If expedited handling is in order, please notify us and we will do our best to ensure our product reaches you in time.

Custom, personalized, wholesale, or bulk orders - depends on the specific product, but we promise to ship as soon as we possibly can and will stay in direct contact with you throughout the entire ordering process.
*Due to the current security situation in Israel, unfortunately shipping times may be delayed.
Return & Exchange Policy

International customers: Returns and Exchanges not accepted

Domestic customers: Refunds accepted for items that have not been opened or used. Exchanges are possible if customer pays shipping expenses and the difference between the exchanged products. In person exchanges at Shuk HaCarmel are also accepted.
Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer and in the manner specified in the order summary.

Upon delivery, please report if there are any problems by contacting us.
“Click and collect”

You may choose to collect their purchase at our store in Shuk HaCarmel, according to our opening hours.
Failed delivery

Divi is not responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in your purchase order, nor for any damages or delays after handover to any carrier.

If the goods are not received or collected within the deadline specified, they will be returned and we will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action.

Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at your expense.

Delivery of digital content

Digital prints purchased from Divi will be delivered via download on the device(s) chosen by you as soon as the purchase is complete. There will be no physical delivery.​
